Come see what we're all about!

The American Express Toastmasters club meets every Wednesday at 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm. We are located at 3 World Financial Center (aka 200 Vesey Street) on the 26th floor room #2. Please feel free to join us.

There is no cost to sit in as a guest. Please plan to arrive at the building around 6:00 pm to allow time to clear security. We will provide your name to our security office to facilitate a smooth entry.

After the meeting, we can provide you with an application and explain how our club helps individuals achieve their public speaking and leadership skills. While our focus is to provide a forum to develop leadership and public speaking skills, I find I learn a great deal from the subject matter of the presentations themselves (diverse life experiences, legal insight, travel tips, economic insights, self improvement, and much more).

Here is some information about the club:
* Founded in 1999 - celebrating our 10th anniversary!
* Toastmasters International Distinguished Club honoree since 2000
* 50 Plus active (dues paying) members
* Avg. 20 members in attendance each week
* 30% Amex employees, 70% Non Amex employees
* Diverse membership in all respects (profession, age, gender, race, public speaking ability/experience)
* Dues is $45.00/6 month period + one time New Member fee of $20
-- Amex Club Dues = $18/6 months (prorated @ $3.00/month)
-- Toastmasters International dues = $27/6 months (prorated @ 4.50/month)
